Reminder about how to complete Form:

The form should be completed daily. It can be filled in for past dates if necessary.

Do not record hours if you are only completing installation(s) or standard service(s) as those are paid per job.

The only time that should be counted in the time-in/ time-out section is warehouse specific time or “customer service” jobs.

If you do 2 hours of warehouse in the morning and 1 hour at the end of the day, but do 7 services in between enter your time in i.e. 7:00 AM, then your time out as 3 hours later i.e. 10am.

If you are training a new team member, installation should be counted as “Team”. Services can be counted as “solo” while training someone else.

Only mark “Yes” that your service route was longer than 30 miles if you are using your own person vehicle for those 30+ miles.

If you are in your first two days on the team, simply record your hours. You will be paid hourly during “training”.
